Ivan, a.k.a The One, is the most talented funniest, most absolutely hilarious, most gifted and most not-all-that-bad writer in Uganda. He writes in the Sunday Vision, but also posts in this blog. "Hah hah hah," you will surely say after reading his witticisms, none of which are vulgar and sexist, which is commendable.

As I wait for the other story I was going to link, more about Ivan The Amazing: this week he writes, in the Sunday Vision, about the nasty rumours that Very Hot R&B singer Ciara Harris is a man, or was a man then had something vital snipped off, rendering her woman. The Incredible Ivan makes mincemeat of this ridiculous lie, and dices a few other celebrity rumours while he is at it. I would take you to the story, but I do not link to the New Vision on principle. However, if you have heard those Ciara rumours, let me introduce you to one of the Internet's most valuable resources: The Urban Legend Reference Page, which will sort out the truth from the lies. The specific Ciara story is here, along with a picture, in which she pouts prettily and makes you glad that she is not a guy.
